Issue body

New versions of Snapcraft appear to strip the build ID from installed or compiled binaries. This caused the i965_dri.so mesa driver to crash, as it apparently relies on a build-id for caching. Adding `build-attributes: [no-patchelf]` appears to fix the problem. More details here: https://github.com/MirServer/egmde-snap/pull/3
